ABOUT GLOBAL LEAD
The purpose of globalLead is to serve those in ministry through trainings and mentorship in order to position Christian leaders for multiplication. We engage Biblical and globally transferable principles in our trainings, seminars, conferences, networks and mentorship programs to speak to the heart and skills of Christian leaders globally.
The purpose of globalLead is to serve those in ministry through trainings and mentorship in order to position Christian leaders for multiplication. At globalLead we know that a long-term training strategy is the best approach to have a deep and widening impact. We desire to partner with groups of youth ministry leaders in a denominational or national church alliance that is looking to develop an entire group of Christian youth leaders and to create a team of trainers within their existing structure so that the multiplication of youth leadership can occur with local trainers and input.
In the past 20 years, globalLead has trained over 15,000 ministry leaders from 51 different countries.
The end goal of the ministry of globalLead is the multiplication of national trainers to impact their spheres of influence.

DESCRIPTION OF TRAINING
Every session involves the use of Biblical and globally transferable principles. Sessions include Biblical foundations, practical application (discussions with peers) and planning with your team to create specific goals.
Leaders are provided follow up through our Level 2 trainings and selected leaders are invited to Level 3 to become trainers. Most seminars are 4 days in length in total.

Session 2- Great Commission Teen/Youth Ministry
Session 3- Planning
Session 4- Meeting Teens and Youth Where They Are
Session 5- Youth Evangelism
Session 6- Fellowship

Session 8- Ministry & Leadership
Session 9- Multiplication
Session 10- Role of Family
Session 11- Leadership Team Development
Session 12- Prioritizing and Evaluation
