Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry (JFYM) creates a multiplying network of youth leaders equipped in JFYM who equip others through mentoring relationships. Certified Eagle Leaders mentor other youth leaders in Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry. This process, repeated over time, equips and multiplies more and more leaders and churches to reach and disciple teenagers.

This training guides youth leaders to follow these basic elements of Jesus' model of ministry to develop their own unique plan of action:

Parent Fuel (PF) equips and resources parents to love God with all their hearts and to lead their kids to do the same by leading parents through their own discipleship process and giving them all they need to disciple their kids and their kids' friends.

Reach Out follows a three-stage process of equipping youth leaders in Africa in Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry:
1. Introduce. In a Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry Forum Eagle Leaders guide youth leaders through the Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry strategy.
2. Implement. The newly equipped youth leaders implement Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry in his/her church. An Eagle Leaders mentors that youth leader through the process. 3. Multiply. A youth leader who completes stages 1 and 2 is certified to become an Eagle Leader. Then the process begins again.
This distinctive process multiplies ministry through relationships. Each Eagle Leader has the opportunity not only to affect his/her own church but also other churches. As he/she mentors other leaders, Jesus-Focused Youth Ministry multiplies.
